Acabado final

Después de remachar todas las piezas he tenido que pintar el porta fotos y decorar lo a mi gusto. Primero lo pinte entero de azul después le he rotulado el borde con un rotulador azul y después hice varias mezclas de colores y empezó ha hacerle manchas. Así ha quedado mi trabajo.

Una idea

Aqui teneis una idea de como sera el portafotos y va a quedar bastante bien. jajaja

Forma del plastico

Despues de recortarlo he tenido que dare la forma curva y para ello he tenido que utilizar una pistola de aire caliente. Antes de utilizarla coji una lamina de aluminio y le di la forma curva que queria y puse el plasico encima y lo he calentado hasta que quedo asi

Recorte del plastico

Aqui he tenidoque escojer un plastico,dibujarle las medidas y recortarlo con cuidado con un cuter para plasticos.

Lijado

Tras haber graneteado he tenido que lijar las piezas y darle la forma correcta. Para el portafotos he tenido que hacer el hueco donde se veria la foto y despues ljarlo hasta darle la forma adecuada.

Graneteado

Despues de cortar las piezas he tenido que hacer unos granetes para poder remachar y unir las piezas. Primero he tenido que dibujar el sitio en el que iba a granetear.

Corte del aluminio

Tras dibujar las piezas he tenido que cortarlas con cuidado con una tijera especil para cortar metal. Tambien cortar los pliegues si tienes .
